Provide responsible service of alcohol

ORCA is licensed with Queensland Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR) to provide RSA for the workplace. Responsible Service of Alcohol is a course that trains people involved in the licensed premises industry (including licensees, employers and employees) to be compliant with the current laws surrounding liquor and its service. The RSA course is designed to help you understand the Australian Liquor Legislation and how to prepare and serve alcohol responsibly.

By law it is mandatory that anyone working in an environment where they may need to sell alcohol must have their RSA certification.
